About the event
An awayday to kick off a new season isn’t the same as when we’re at home. Although any feelings of excitement immediately take a hit when we’re reminded of the time the match will be played at: 0430.
We can’t help the lads on the pitch but we can get stuck in together for the Reds — it’s better than watching alone. You’re also helping to support our home pub on days when most find it difficult to attend unless it involves one of the attention-grabbing names.
Let’s continue our tradition of strong support — no matter the opposition, no matter the time. Fuck it, no matter the traffic and weather conditions!
The next one’s on a Friday but we do what we can, don’t we?
See yous at the Irish Times, Reds 🧨
